Leo-Cedarville is a small town with an old core: Cedar Creek Township was settled in 1833, Cedarville platted in 1838, and Leo founded in 1849, though the combined town of roughly 3,624 residents wasn't formally incorporated until 1996 -- done specifically to keep Fort Wayne from annexing the two villages.
